Norfolk Ledger Dispatch February 26. 1959

Mrs. Mary F. Stanfield, widow of Smith B. Stanfield, died Wednesday at 10:40 
a.m. at the residence, Wayne Apt. "F," Greenway Court.
She was a  native of Scranton, Pa. and a resident of Norfolk the last 55 years. 
She was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church and the Sodality of the Blessed 
Virgin Mary.
She is survived by one niece, Miss Mary Alice O'Neal of South Orange, N.J. 
The body will be taken from the H.D. Oliver Funeral Apartments to Sacred Heart 
Catholic Church for funeral services Friday at 10 a.m. Burial will be in St. 
Mary's Cemetery. Rosary services are scheduled at the funeral apartments today 
at 7:30 p.m.
