Funeral private from the residence THIS (Tuesday) AFTERNOON ************* Dorothy May, the daughter of H.W. Stanley, traffic manager of the S.A.L. Railway, died at the home of her father, Warwick Avenue, Kensington, at 8:15 o'clock yesterday morning, after a brief illness, aged 6 years. The death of this bright and promising young child is a painful bereavement to her father and the other members of the family, by whom she was idolized. The funeral will be private from the family residence this afternoon. *************************************************************************** The funeral of Dorothy May, the daughter of H.W. and the late Ida Batts Stanley, aged six years, was held from the family residence, Warwick Avenue, Kensington, yesterday afternoon. The service was conducted by Rev. L.B. Betty of the Queen Street Methodist Church. The remains were laid to rest in Elmwood Cemetery. The floral tributes were numerous and beautiful.
