STAPLES, EGBERT I. (“BERT”) – At the residence, No, 1024 Woronoca Avenue, Ocean 
View, Tuesday, July 31, 1945, at 10 o’clock a.m., EGBERT I. (“BERT”) STAPLES, son 
of the late Edward and Mrs. Frances Harman Staples, in the 85th year of his age. 
Remains will be taken from the H. D. Oliver Funeral Apartments, No. 1501 Colonial 
Avenue, to Holy Trinity Catholic Church, Ocean View, for services THURSDAY MORNING 
at 10 o’clock, Friends of the family are invited to attend. Interment, St. Mary’s 
Cemetery.
