Staples, died suddenly at her residence at London Bridge, Princess Anne County, yesterday morning at 11 o'clock. Mrs. Staples was a native of Cincinnati, a former resident of Roanoke, and resident of this section for the past 29 years. Besides her husband, she is survived by three daughters, Mrs. C.G. Haesloop, of New Hampshire; Mrs. Hunter Phelps, of Norfolk and Mrs. B. R. Morton, of Detroit; a son, E.L. Staples, of San Diego, Cal.; 11 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. The body will be taken from H.D Oliver's Funeral Apartments, 610-12 East Freemason Street, to Sacred Heart Catholic Church for services Wednesday morning at 10 o'clock.
