Stavro, widow of Captain George W. Stavro, died Sunday night at the residence of her son-in-law, F.L. Kurtz, 2103 Brambleton Avenue. She was 84 years old. She was a native of Norfolk and had lived in this city all her life. Mrs. Stavro is survived by two daughters, Mrs. F.L. Kurtz and Mrs. T.P. Moorehead and two sons, W.G. and G.W. Stavro, all of Norfolk. The body has been taken to the funeral apartments of H.D. Oliver, 610-612 Freemason Street, pending the arrival of her son, G.W. Stavro, from Denver, Col. *********************************************************************** The funeral of Mrs. Jane E. Stavro, widow of Captain George M. Stavro, will take place at 10 o’clock this morning at St. Mary’s Catholic church. Burial will be in St. Mary’s cemetery.
