Norfolk - Isaac Stephen, of 1711 Fontainebleau Cres., died Monday, August 25 in
V. A. Hospital Hampton, VA, after a short illness.

A native of Princess Anne County, he was the son of the late Mrs. Mary Bray. He
retired from Naval Air Station (Norfolk) after 29 years. He was a member of
Mason Memorial Church of God, where he served on the Usher Board. He was a
veteran of World War 1.

Survivors include one son, Thomas E. Stephen, of Norfolk, VA; two sisters, Mrs.
Liddy Wiggins of Va. Beach, VA; Mrs. Maggie Lee, of Va. Beach, VA; one
brother,Solomon Bray, of Va. Beach VA; five grandchildren, and six
great-grandchildren.

A funeral service was held August 30 in Mason Memorial Church, by the Rev. David
Williams. Burial was in Calvary Cemetery, with Military Honors being accorded.
Jones Funeral Home had charge.
