Norfolk - Mrs. Delores Hilton Stephen, age 43, the wife of Thomas E. Stephen, of 
1711 Fontainebleau Cres. died October 15 in a hospital.

A native of Norfolk VA, she was the daughter of the late Arthur Dagner, and Mrs. 
Pearl Bizzell. She was employed at the Naval Supply Center for 18 years. She was 
a member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church, Norfolk. Attended Booker T. Washington 
High School, Morgan State College and Tidewater Community College, also a member 
of N.S.C. Toastmasters’ Club 2541.

Survivors include two daughters, Miss Yalette Hilton, Miss Delores Fields, three 
sons, Kariton A. Hilton, Kenneth H. Hilton, and Eric L. Hilton, all of Norfolk, 
and one grandchild. 

A funeral service was held Wednesday October 17 in St. Mary’s Catholic Church by 
the Rev. Fr. Thomas Quinlan. Burial was in Calvary Cemetery. Jones Funeral Home 
had charge.
