Virginian Pilot and The Norfolk Landmark October 5, 1934

Mrs. Rosa Blick Stewart, aged 72, widow of Alfred A. Stewart and daughter of 
Benjamin D. and Ann Virginia Blick, died at her residence, 1125 Graydon Avenue, 
last night at 9:20 o'clock. Mrs. Stewart was a native and lifelong resident of 
Norfolk and was a member of Ghent Methodist Episcopal Church. She is survived by 
a daughter-in-law, Mrs. Milton A. Stewart; three grandchildren, James Milton, 
Ruth Anne and William Harrison Stewart, all of Norfolk; two nieces Mrs. Eugene 
Gresham, of Virginia Beach and Miss Josephine Blick of Norfolk and a nephew, 
Frank B. Blick, of Norfolk. The body was taken to H.D. Oliver's Funeral 
Apartments, 610-612 East Freemason Street, pending funeral arrangements.
