 Norfolk - Nelda Rachel Yost Stine (Nell) passed away on January 11, 2017, just 
two months shy of her 99th birthday. Nell was born in Minnesota on March 14, 1918 
and raised in Wisconsin. She was predeceased by her husband, Henry A Stine and two 
sons, John A Stine and James R Stine. She is survived by her daughter Mary E 
Stine, sons William H Stine and Charles J Stine (Kathy) and three grandchildren. 
Nell served in the Women's Army Air Corps in 1944-45 and moved to Norfolk in 1946. 
She worked as the librarian of Christ The King School for 30 years. In lieu of 
flowers please make donations in her name to Christ The King School. Funeral 
services are planned for 11:00 on Saturday January 21th at Christ The King Church 
on Tidewater Drive at 11:00 AM.
