Bernard Stokes - Funeral services for Mr. Stokes, 1109 Chapel street, who died
at his home on Oct. 16, were held from the chapel of Riddick’s Funeral Home on
Oct. 19, with the Rev. J. A. Brown officiating. Interment followed in Calvary
Cemetery.
Besides his wife, Mrs. Zetta Stokes and a daughter, Mrs. Rosetta Stokes Davis,
he is survived by his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Henry Bell Stokes.
