Norfolk - Mrs. Gracie A. Stokley of 1053 Kittrell street, a restaurant owner,
died in a hospital after a long illness.

A native of Norfolk, she was the widow of Herman Stokley and a daughter of the
late George and Mrs. Martha Williams.

She was a member of Seventh-Day Adventist Church and its Dorcas Society, Sabbath
School and New Member Club.

Surviving are a son, James Shamblin of Norfolk; a grandchild and a three
great-grandchildren.

The body was taken to Hale Funeral Home.
