                        Strawhand Dies Of Heart Attack

Tunstall Lloyd Strawhand, native and lifelong resident of Norfolk and for many 
years in the hat business here, died of a heart attack yesterday afternoon at 4  
o'clock at his residence at Willoughby Beach.  He was 63 years old.
Mr. Strawhand was the son of the late Henry and Mrs. Amanda Rowland Strawhand of 
Princess Anne County and husband of the late Mrs. Mattie Frances Strawhand.  He 
is survived by three sons, Lloyd Strawhand, of Pittsburgh, Pa.; Vernon 
Strawhand, of Chicago and Norman Strawhand, of Roanoke; one daughter, Miss Julia 
Strawhand, of Norfolk; one sister, Mrs. John H. Branton, of Norfolk; two 
brothers, William Strawhand, of Florida and B.F. Strawhand, of Norfolk and one 
grandchild, Tunstall Lloyd Strawhand, of Pittsburgh.  He was a member of 
Corinthian Lodge No. 266, A.F. & A.M.
The body was removed to the funeral home of James V. Derry, 346 West Princess 
Anne Road.  Funeral arrangements will be announced later.

Tunstall Lloyd Strawhand - Funeral services for Mr. Strawhand, who died suddenly 
Wednesday afternoon, will be held this afternoon at 3:30 o'clock at the James V. 
Derry Funeral Home, 346 West Princess Anne Road, with the Rev. John W. Rustin, 
pastor of Ghent Methodist Church and the Rev. H. Wark Curry, pastor of the Ocean 
View Methodist Church, officiating.  Burial will be in Elmwood Cemetery.
