Virginian Pilot and The Norfolk Landmark September 6, 1920

Miss Mariana Gertrude Styron died Saturday morning at 11:30 o'clock at a local 
hospital after a brief illness.  She was a native of Currituck County, N.C. 
and had been a resident of Norfolk twenty-five years.  She resided at the 
Episcopal Church Home.  The funeral will take place this morning at 11 o'clock 
at Holloman's Funeral Apartments, 1801 Granby Street and will be conducted by 
Rev. H.H. Covington, of St. Paul's P.E. Church.  Burial will be in Elmwood 
Cemetery.
