Virginian-Pilot, The (Norfolk, VA) - Monday, January 6, 1992 
Betty Ingram Suiter, 89, of the 900 block of Cecelia St., a retired domestic
worker, died Jan. 4, 1992, in a hospital.

Mrs. Suiter was born in Warrenton, N.C. She was the widow of Anthony T. Suiter
and was a member of New Calvary Baptist Church.

Survivors include three sisters, Peggie N. Pope of Suffolk, Carrie Harris of
Norfolk, and Della Williams of Newark, N.J.; and a brother, Walter Ingram of
Buffalo, N.Y.

The funeral will be conducted at 1 p.m. Wednesday in New Calvary Baptist Church
by the Rev. Gilbert Campbell. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery . The body will
be placed in the church at 11:30 a.m. Wednesday. Friends may join the family at
the home of Mr. and Mrs. William Chambliss, 1215 Whitemarsh Road, Suffolk.
Crocker Funeral Home is handling arrangements.
