NORFOLK - Mrs. Mary Louise Surbaugh, 59, of 8038 Meadow Creek Road, died Sunday 
at her home. She was the wife of Willie Surbaugh and a native and lifelong 
resident of Norfolk.
She was a member of Our Lady of the Rosary Chapel.
Other survivors include a daughter, Miss Mary Anne Surbaugh of Lorton; a son, 
Robert P. Surbaugh of Tampa, Fla.; two sisters, Mrs. Helen Audrey Van Tiem of 
Norfolk and Mrs. Betty Anne Yuhos of Lorain, Ohio; a brother, Festus W. Thompson 
Jr. of Anaheim, Calif.; and two grandchildren.
A funeral will be held Wednesday at 3 p.m. in Twiford Funeral Chapel, Colley 
Avenue, by the Rev. Fr. William Jenkins. Burial will be in St. Mary’s Cemetery. 
A rosary will be said at the funeral home tonight at 7.
