Virginian-Pilot, The (Norfolk, VA) - Tuesday, May 30, 1995 
Lola B. Sutton, 87, formerly of the 1200 block of E. Virginia Beach Blvd., died
May 27, 1995, in Lafayette Villa Health Care.

Mrs. Sutton was born in Augusta, Ga., and was a retired registered nurse for
Sentara Norfolk General Hospital. She was the widow of Andrew Sutton. She was a
member of First Baptist Church, Bute St., a member of the Deaconess Board,
Dorcus Class, and Mamie Gordon Missionary. She was predeceased by her mother,
Nancy Curtis Anthony.

The funeral will be conducted Wednesday, May 31, 1995, at noon by the Rev.
Robert G. Murray in First Baptist Church, Bute St. Burial will be in Calvary
Cemetery . Hale Funeral Home in charge. The body will be placed in church at 10
a.m. on Wednesday. Family and friends will assemble at the church at 11:30 a.m.
for the service.
