Virginian Pilot August 17, 1964

Mrs. Elizabeth Tunstall Sutton, 44, of 729 Raleigh Ave., wife of Willian T. 
Sutton and daughter of William Henry and Mrs. Dora Stayner Tunstall, died in her 
home Sunday at 10:30 a.m.
A native of Chase City, she had lived here for 12 years.  She was a member of 
Christ and St. Luke's Episcopal Church.
Besides her husband, she is survived by a daughter, Miss Karen Stark Sutton of 
Norfolk; three stepdaughters, Mrs. Ann Sutton Casey of Norfolk, Mrs. Margaret 
Sutton Manning of Richmond and Miss Elizabeth Carter Sutton of Norfolk; a 
sister, Mrs. William D. Snoddy of Richmond; and a brother, Monroe D. Tunstall of 
Vicksburg.
A funeral service will be held in H.D. Oliver Funeral Apartments Tuesday at noon 
by the Rev. Peyton R. Williams of Christ and St. Luke's Episcopal Church.  
Burial will be in Elmwood Cemetery.
