Virginian-Pilot October 19, 1989
NORFOLK — Thomas Richard Sweeney, three-month-old son of Teresa A. Sweeney of the 
4200 block of Caliente St, died Oct. 18, 1989, in a hospital.
Thomas was a native of Norfolk and a member of Our Lady of Victory Catholic 
Church.
Other survivors include a sister, Christine M. Sweeney, and maternal grandparents, 
Mr. and Mrs. Thomas W. Sweeney, all of Norfolk.
The graveside service will be at 10 a.m. Friday in St. Mary’s Cemetery. H.D. 
Oliver Funeral Apartments, Norfolk, is handling arrangements.
Memorial donations may be made to DePaul Hospital Poor Fund, c/o Sister Agatha.
