She was a native of Boston, Mass., and had made her home in this section for the past two years. She was a daughter of the late Mathew and Anna Wall Murphy and wife of Rowland Clifton Swimelar. In addition to her husband, she is survived by three daughters, Miss Virginia Swimelar and Mrs. Douglas Cochrane, of Norfolk, and Mrs. John Mesplou, of Alameda, Calif.; three sons, Charles and John Swimelar, of Norfolk, and Paul Swimelar, of Hartford, Conn.; a sister, Mrs. Henry Kelleher, of Boston, Mass., and four grandchildren. The body will be taken from Graham Funeral Home to St. Matthew’s Catholic Church for funeral services tomorrow at 10 a.m. The Rev. M. J. Harrison, pastor of the church, will officiate. Interment will be in St. Mary’s Cemetery.
