Virginian Pilot May 14, 1983

Albert S. Tabb, 65, of 8717 Tidewater Drive, a native of Norfolk, died Thursday 
in a hospital.
He was a member of St. Pius X Catholic Church and Knights of Columbus council 
365.
Survivors include his wife, Dimi D. Tabb; a daughter, Tammy T. Johnson of 
Connecticut; a son, John B. Tabb of Norfolk; five sisters, Louisa T. Winfield 
and Theresa T. Whitley, both of Norfolk, Anne T. Rose of New York, Rae T. Casey 
of Chesapeake and Betty T. Wruble of California; and four grandchildren.
A joyful Mass of the  resurrection will be offered at 10 a.m. Monday in St. Pius 
X Catholic Church. Burial will be in St. Mary's Cemetery.
A rosary service and a Christian wake service will be held at 5 p.m. Sunday in 
H.D. Oliver Funeral Apartments, Norfolk.

TABB, ALBERT S. – In Kecoughtan Veterans Hospital, Thursday, ALBERT S. TABB, 
husband of Dimi D. Tabb, in the 66th year of his age. A rosary service will be 
held in H. D. Oliver Funeral Apartments, Norfolk, today (Sunday) at 5:00 p.m. A 
Mass of the Resurrection will be held Monday at 10:00 a.m. in St. Pius X 
Catholic Church. Burial will be in St. Mary’s Cemetery.
