Virginian Pilot June 29, 1972 

Augustine Angelo Tadas, 62, of 2717 Argonne Ave., died in a hospital Wednesday.
A native of Pittsfield, Mass., he had lived here for 30 years. He was a 
bricklayer and a member of Bricklayers, Stone and Marble Tile Setters Union of 
Virginia.
He was the husband of Mrs. Grace Stevenson Tadas and a son of Joseph and Mrs. 
Bianca Rabia Tadas.
Besides his wife he is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Phyllis Adolfo of Baltimore; 
two brothers, James Tadas of New York City and John Tadas of Melville, Long 
Island, N.Y.; and five grandchildren.  
The body will be taken from H.D. Oliver Funeral Apartments to Christ the King 
Catholic Church for a Requiem Mass Saturday at 10 a.m. Burial will be in St. 
Mary's Cemetery.
A Christian Wake service will be held in H.D. Oliver Funeral Apartments, 
Norfolk, Friday at 7 p.m.
