Virginian Pilot November 10, 1972 

BALTIMORE - Mrs. Grace Stevenson Tadas, 55, of 8063 Stratman Road died in a 
hospital Wednesday.
She was the widow of Augustine Angelo Tadas and a daughter of the late Arthur 
and Mrs. Claudia Alter Stevenson. 
A native of North Carolina, she formerly lived in Norfolk at 2717 Argonne Ave.
She was a member of Fairmount Park United Methodist Church.
Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Phillis Adolfo of Baltimore; three sisters, Mrs. 
Claudia Waff of Portsmouth and Mrs. Elizabeth Pritchard and Mrs. Eloise Jones of 
Elizabeth City, N.C.; two brothers, William Stevenson of Louisiana and Thomas 
Hunter of Virginia Beach; and five grandchildren.
The body was sent to H.D. Oliver Apartments, Norfolk.
A funeral service will be held in Fairmount Park United Methodist Church 
Saturday at 11 a.m. by Rev. David S. Jarvis II. Burial will be in St. Mary's 
Cemetery.
The family will be at 2702 Argonne Ave.
