Virginian Pilot December 14, 1965

Mrs. Sarah Sansone Tagliavia, 88, the widow of Antonio Tagliavia and a daughter 
of Philip and Mrs. Anna Sansone, died Monday at 2 a.m. in her home at 209 W. 
37th St.
A native of Palermo, Sicily, Italy, she lived here many years. 
Survivors include three daughters. Mrs. Lena Eckenstein of Van Wert, Ohio, Mrs. 
Anna Felio of St. Louis, Mo. and Mrs. Rosa G. Glowatsky of Chesapeake; and a son 
Philip Tagliavia of Norfolk.
The body was taken to H.D. Oliver Funeral Apartments.

NORFOLK – A funeral service for Mrs. Sarah Sansone Tagliavia, the widow of 
Antonio Tagliavia, will be held in H. D. Oliver Funeral Apartments Thursday at 
noon. 
Burial will be in St. Mary’s Cemetery.
