Mr. Talbot, a retired attorney, was born at Talbot Hall, and was a lifelong resident of this section. He resided at 325 West Freemason Street. He was the son of the late William Henry and Mrs. Elizabeth Minton Wright Talbot. He is survived by two sisters, Miss Elizabeth W. Talbot, of Norfolk and Mrs. E Lorraine Ruffin of Richmond, and one brother, Minton W Talbot of Norfolk. Funeral services will be conducted at the residence tomorrow afternoon at 3 o’clock by Rev. H. Dobson Peacock, rector of Christ Church, of which Mr. Talbot was a member. Burial will be private in Elmwood Cemetery.
