Joseph Tasgal, 70, of the 6400 block of Auburn Drive, retired, died Dec. 8, 1
1992, in a Norfolk hospital.
Mr. Tasgal was a native of New York City. He was a member of B'Nai Israel C
Congregation in Norfolk.
Survivors include a sister, Toby Newman of Virginia Beach; and a brother, 
Israel Tasgal of Roosevelt, NJ.
A graveside service was conducted Dec. 9 at B'Nai Israel Cemetery by Rabbi 
Israel Bornstein, H. D. Oliver Funeral Apts, Norfolk handled arrangements.
