Tatem, wife of Capt. Jehue L. Tatem, died yesterday at 12 o'clock after an illness of several days at her home, 18 Liberty Street. She was well known and highly respected and her death comes as quite a shock to her many friends in this place. She leaves a husband, three children, a father, two sisters and a brother. The funeral will be conducted from the late residence this afternoon at 3 o'clock, Rev. P.S.C. Davis, pastor of South Norfolk Baptist Church, officiating. The interment will be in Magnolia Cemetery. ********************************************************************* Virginian Pilot November 6, 1904 The funeral of the late Mrs. C. Lassell Tatem was conducted from her residence, No. 18 Liberty Street, yesterday afternoon at 3 o'clock, Rev. P.S.C. Davis officiating. The interment was in Magnolia Cemetery.
