Virginian Pilot and The Norfolk Landmark November 14. 1931

George A.C. Taylor, aged 65 years, for more than 25 years a resident of Norfolk, 
died Thursday night at 6:45 o'clock. He is survived by one niece, Mrs. J.N. Arline 
and one nephew, A.L. Sykes, both of Norfolk. Mr. Taylor was a printer by 
occupation and was for many years employed by Burke & Gregory, printers of this 
city. He was a member of the Holy Name Society of Sacred Heart Catholic Church. 
Remains will be taken from H.D. Oliver's Funeral Apartments, 610-612 East 
Freemason Street, to Sacred Heart Catholic Church for services this morning at 10 
o'clock. Interment will be in St. Mary's Cemetery.
