Alice Marie Taylor, 78, of the 1800 block of Citadel Court, passed away Oct. 15, 
2002. She was predeceased by her loving husband, Donald Victor Taylor, a retired 
Fredonia, N.Y., policeman, and her beloved daughter, Joan Warren.

A New York state native, born in Farnham, N.Y., Alice lived in Virginia Beach 
since 1974. She was a parishioner of St. Gregory the Great Catholic Church and a 
member of the Altar and Rosary Society.

Mrs. Taylor is survived by her loving family including two sons, Donald A. Taylor 
of Fort Lauderdale, Fla., and Bruce E. Taylor and wife Doris of Virginia Beach; 
two daughters, Linda Carriero and husband Fred of Buffalo, N.Y., and Judith Latham 
and husband Greg of Virginia Beach; two sisters, Marjorie McClenathan and Olive 
Small, both of Irving, N.Y.; nine grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

A funeral will be held at 11 a. m. Friday in St. Gregory the Great Catholic Church 
by Father Mario Fulgenzi. Entombment will follow at St. Mary's Cemetery. The 
family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p. m. today at Kellum Funeral Home, 
Rosewood Chapel. The family will be receiving guests at 1800 Citadel Court 
immediately following the entombment on Friday.
