Mr. Oscar F. Taylor, son of James and Charlotte Taylor, died in the Marine 
Hospital, Baltimore, Friday, January 4th. He was born and reared in Norfolk where 
he completed his early education. For two and a half terms he studied at the Law 
school of Boston University. He was for a number of years in the employ of the M. 
& M. T. Co. in whose service he was just prior to his death. He is survived by his 
mother, four brothers, and two sisters. Funeral services were conducted from the 
home, 723 Washington Avenue, with Rev. Watkins of Bank Street Baptist Church 
officiating.
