Virginian-Pilot, The (Norfolk, VA) - Thursday, March 21, 1991 
Lucinda W. Teal of the 2300 block of Tapscott Ave. died March 19, 1991, in a
nursing home.

Mrs. Teal, a native of New River, N.C., had retired as a salad maker from Lewis'
Seafood Restaurant after 47 years. She was the widow of George Teal. She was a
member of Metrolpolitan A.M.E. Zion Church and St. Thomas Order of Eastern Star,
P.H.A. 51.

Survivors include a daughter, Lucille Pinnix of Chesapeake; a sister, Annie B.
Johnson of New Bern, N.C.; and a grandchild.

The funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Saturday at Metropolitan A.M.E. Zion
Church by the Rev. Richard A. Council. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery . The
body will be placed in the church at 9:30 a.m. Saturday. Friends may join the
family at the residence. Graves Funeral Home is handling arrangements.
