Mrs. Alice Temple, 80, of 65 Carver Circle, died July 29 in a Petersburg
hospital.  She was buried Saturday in Calvary Cemetery, Norfolk.

 A funeral service was held at New Mount Hermon Baptist Church where she held
membership.  The Rev. James Powell, pastor, officiated.  Morning Glory Funeral
Home handled the arrangements.

 Her survivors a two grand-daughters and a great-grandson.
