Diane W. Thatch, 86, while surrounded by loved ones, went to be with the Lord on 
December 30, 2018.
Diane was a long-time member of Christ the King Catholic Church and retired after 
a 24-year long career with Be-Lo Foods.
Diane is preceded in death by her beloved husband of 43 years, Vincent David 
Thatch; son John David Thatch; granddaughter Victoria E. Thatch; 3 sisters and her 
brother.
Left to cherish her loving memory are daughters Theresa (Kevin) Trainum, Elizabeth 
(Bob) Wehmer, Mary (Erik) Sonesen, Veronica (Scott) Bryan; son Vincent Thatch; 9 
grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren.
A visitation will be held on Friday, January 4, 2019 from 11 until 12 with the 
funeral service to immediately follow at Altmeyer Funeral Home Southside Chapel 
(5033 Rouse Drive, Virginia Beach, 23462).

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made at www.tmcfunding.com in Diane's name, 
for CHKD Cancer Fund.
