Archie John Thibodeau, 80, died at the residence of his daughter, Mrs. C. F. 
Castell, 3607 Bainbridge boulevard, yesterday morning at 8 o'clock, after an 
illness of one year. He was a native of Quebec, Canada, and had lived here for 
four months. Prior to this, he had lived in Georgia. He was the son of the late 
Laurence and Marie Garnier Thibodeau and husband of Mrs. Willhelmina Bolunia 
Thibodeau. Besides his wife, he is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Castell; a 
grandson and two great-grandchildren. Mr. Thibodeau was a member of St. Matthew's 
Catholic Church. The body was removed to the Francis A. Gay Funeral Home, South 
Norfolk. Funeral services will be conducted in St. Matthew's Catholic Church, 
Monday morning at 10 o'clock. Interment will be in St. Mary’s Cemetery.
