Norfolk - Clarence T. Thomas of 1004 Barney street died in his home.

A native of Norfolk, he was the husband of Mrs. Beatrice C. Thomas and a son of 
the late John B. and Mrs. Mary L. Thomas.

He was retired from Naval Ammunition Depot, St. Julians Creek, after 23 years 
and was a steward of Metropolitan AMEZ Church.

Surviving, besides his widow, are a son, James H. Thomas of Philadelphia, two 
grandchildren, and three nieces.

Hale Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
