Virginian Pilot and The Norfolk Landmark October 28, 1917

John Stonewall Thomas, the infant son of Mr. and Mrs. S.J. Thomas, 832 Olney Road, 
died yesterday morning at 7:25 o'clock.  He was one year and six months old.  The 
funeral will take place at 2:30 o'clock this afternoon at the residence and will 
be conducted by Rev. F.W. Putney of Central Baptist Church.  Interment will be in 
Elmwood Cemetery.
