Virginian Pilot and The Norfolk Landmark March 27, 1918

THOMPSON - In Washington, D.C., Monday morning, March 25, 1918, COLONEL E. 
B. THOMPSON, native of New York, aged 82 years.  
The funeral will take place at the residence of his daughter-in-law, Mrs. 
Laura J. Thompson, 329 Ward avenue, Norfolk, Va., THIS (Wednesday) AFTERNOON 
at 4 o'clock.  Friends of the family invited to attend.  Interment in 
Magnolia Cemetery, Berkley.

The funeral of Col. E.B. Thompson will be conducted at the residence of his 
daughter-in-law, Mrs. Laura J. Thompson, 329 Ward avenue, Ghent, this 
afternoon at 4 o'clock, by Rev. W.H. Denison, D.D., pastor of the Christian 
Memorial Temple, Norfolk, assisted by Rev. J.B. Jackson of Portsmouth.  
Burial will be in the family lot in Magnolia Cemetery.
