Thompson, widow of William Greenwood Thompson, died Friday at 11 a.m. in a Norfolk hospital. Mrs. Thompson, a native of Richmond, lived in this section most of her life, lately at 738 Shirley Ave. She was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church and its Sodality. Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Harry J. Franz and Miss Margaret Thompson of Norfolk; two sons, Francis S. Thompson and William G. Thompson Jr. and a grandson, David Carter Thompson, all of Virginia Beach. The Rosary will be recited in H.D. Oliver Funeral Apartments Sunday at 7:30 p.m. A funeral service will be held in Sacred Heart Catholic Church Monday at 10 a.m. Burial will be in St. Mary's Cemetery. The family will assemble at 1414 Monterey Ave. ********************************************************************* MRS. M. K. THOMPSON NORFOLK — A funeral service for Mrs. Margaret K. Thompson, who died Friday, was conducted in Sacred Heart Catholic Church Monday by the Rev. Thomas J. Walsh, pastor. The Rev. Nicholas Habets was present in the sanctuary. Burial was in St. Mary's Cemetery. Pallbearers were Antonio B. Hill, John C. Hill, Vincent Alexander, Hamilton Plack, L. W. Walker, Jr., James E. Massey and John Joseph Beacher.
