Virginian-Pilot, The (Norfolk, VA) - Friday, February 26, 1993 
Eutha Mae Thompson of the 6400 block of Auburn Drive, a retired nurse, died Feb.
23, 1993, in Beth Sholom Sands.

Mrs. Thompson was born in Norfolk and was the widow of Lawrence O. Thompson Sr.
She was a member of St. Andrew's Temple and past president of the Pastor's Aid
and was a former organist for Lamberts Point Church of God in Christ.

Survivors include three daughters, Jean Fuller, Bertha Mebane and Eutha Earlene
Hill, all of Norfolk; five sons, Lawrence O. Thompson Jr. of Chesapeake, James
E. Thompson and Roland Thompson, both of Houston, Frederick Thompson of Virginia
Beach and Ervin Thompson of Goldsboro, N.C.; 19 grandchildren; and 25
great-grandchildren.

A funeral will be conducted at noon Saturday in St. Andrew's Temple by the Rev.
Lauretta Jones. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery . Viewing will begin at 3
p.m. today in Carlos A. Howard Funeral Home. The family will be at the funeral
home from 7 to 8 p.m. tonight and will assemble there at 11 a.m. Saturday for
the processional.
