Virginian-Pilot  October 6, 1966
NORFOLK — Thomas Nelse Thompson, 16, of 1925 Tulane Road, a member of the junior 
class of Norview High School, died Wednesday in a hospital.

A native of Philadelphia, he lived here eight years. He was a son of Talton N. and 
Mrs. Cecilia Thompson of Norfolk.

He was a Virginian-Pilot carrierboy.

Others surviving are a sister, Miss Pamelia Rose Thompson, and a brother, David 
Paul Thompson, both of Norfolk; maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Frank 
Raschilla of Philadelphia; and paternal grandmother, Mrs. Sammie Thompson of 
Crawford, Miss.

The body will be taken from H. D. Oliver Funeral Apartments to St. Pius X Catholic 
Church for a funeral service Saturday at II a m. Burial will be in St. Mary’s 
Cemetery. The Rosary will be recited in the funeral home at 7:30 p.m. Friday.
