Norfolk Journal and Guide,Saturday,Nov 4,1922
Mr. William Thompson, the brother of Mrs. Eva J. Land, 1003 Denhart Street,
Norfolk, Va., and Mr. Wadkin Thompson of Danville, Va., departed this life
Saturday morning at three o’clock. The funeral was held at Shiloh Baptist
Church, Barboursville, Monday October 30th at one-thirty o’clock. Rev. D. F.
White of the U. P. Church officiated. Interment in Calvary Cemetery.
