Virginian-Pilot, The (Norfolk, VA) - Saturday, November 13, 1999 
Savannah Thompson of the 1000 block of Rugby St. died Nov. 10, 1999.

Born in Norfolk, she was a retired child care provider and the widow of Carlton
Thompson. She was a member of Trinity Baptist Church.

She is survived by two grandsons, Charles C. Curry and Marc R. Curry; a
granddaughter, Dreamer Curry; and three great-grandchildren, Shavvon Midgett,
Raven Curry and Aaliyah Lewis.

A funeral will be held at 11 a.m. Monday at Trinity United Church of Christ,
1057 Leckie St., Portsmouth, by the Rev. Charles Curry. Burial will be in
Calvary Cemetery . Family and friends will assemble at the funeral home at 10
a.m. for the procession. Graves Funeral Home is in charge.
