Norfolk Virginian Pilot May 8, 1935

Patricia Tidwell, infant daughter of Lieut. John R. and Mrs. Laura Lewis 
Tidwell, died yesterday morning at 9:30 o'clock at the home of her parents at 
the Naval Operating Base. She was a year and nine months old.
Surviving, besides her parents, are two sisters, Kathleen and Peggy Tidwell. The 
body was removed to the funeral home of James V. Derry, 346 West Princess Anne 
Road. Funeral services will be conducted at the grave in St. Mary's Catholic 
Cemetery Friday morning at 11 o'clock.

TIDWELL, PATRICIA — At the residence of her parents, in the Naval Base, Tuesday 
morning, May 7, 1935, at 9:30 o’clock, PATRICIA TIDWELL, daughter of John R. and 
Laura Lewis Tidwell, aged 1 year and 9 months.
Remains will be taken from the funeral home of James V. Derry, 346 West Princess 
Anne road, FRIDAY MORNING, to St. Mary’s Cemetery, for funeral services and 
burial at 11 o’clock. Friends of the family are invited to attend.
