Tilley, died at the residence, Mendota Apartment 61, 2220 West Twentieth street, Washington, yesterday. She was a native of Norfolk and had lived here practically all her life, having moved to Washington recently. She was a daughter of the late Edmund C. and Mary Eliza Lindsay. Surviving are two sons, Edward M. Tilley, Richmond and Coke M. Tilley, Orange, Tex.; two brothers, Daniel W. Lindsay, of South Norfolk and Edward T. Lindsay, Norfolk; one great-grandchild and a number of grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be conducted at the Cox Funeral Home tomorrow morning at 10 o'clock. The Rev. George P. Gunn, rector of the Church of the Good Shepherd, will officiate. Burial will be in Magnolia Cemetery.
