Norfolk Journal and Guide, Feb 14,1970
Norfolk - Funeral services for Oscar W. Timberlake, 78, of 1317 Reservoir avenue, 
were conducted Saturday in the B. F. King Funeral Chapel by Elder J. L. Kearney.  
Burial was in Calvary Cemetery.

The Norfolk native was a son of the late Jimmie and Mrs. Amie Riddick Timberlake 
and the husband of the late Mrs. Maggie Timberlake.

Several nieces, nephews and cousins survive.
