Virginian Pilot, Sept. 7,1936
Mrs. Elizabeth Cokely Timberlake, aged 51, wife of W. T. Timberlake, died at her
residence, 2633 Vincent avenue, last night at 9:40 o’clock after a long illness.
 Besides her husband, she is survived by two daughters, Mrs. J. F. Brewer and
Mrs. D. E. Bradner, both of Norfolk;  a sister, Mrs. G. W. Elderkin of
Portsmouth;  two brothers, G. W. Cokely, of Portsmouth, and W. E. Cokely, of
Norfolk;  a granddaughter, Miss Eloise Bradner, and several nieces and nephews.
 Mrs. Timberlake was a native of Portsmouth, and had been a resident of Norfolk
for 35 years.

The body will be taken from the Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home to the Park Avenue
Baptist Church, of which she was a member, for funeral services tomorrow
afternoon at 3:30.  Burial will be in Elmwood Cemetery
