NORFOLK — Thomas Francis Tobin Sr., of Virginia Beach, died at a Richmond hospital 
Saturday at 10 a.m. after a lengthy illness.

A native of Ireland, he was a resident of Norfolk and vicinity 64 years.

He is survived by a son, Thomas Francis Tobin Jr. of Miami, Fla.; a granddaughter, 
Mrs. Elsie Stakes of Norfolk, and two great-grandchildren.

Services will be held at the H. D. Oliver Funeral Apartments Monday at 2 p.m. 
Burial will be in St. Mary's Cemetery.
