NORFOLK — Harry V. Tocce, 64, of 1111 Lexan Ave., the husband of Mrs. Irene 
Beachem Tocce, died Wednesday in a hospital.

A lifelong resident of Norfolk, he worked for the Norfolk City Heath Department 40 
years.

He was a member of Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church and a past president of its 
Holy Name Society. He was a member of the City Employees Protective Association.

Besides his widow, survivors include a daughter, Miss Joanne E. Tocce, of Norfolk; 
and a son, Harry V. Tocce Jr., of San Jose, Calif.

The Rosary will be recited tonight at 7:30 in H. D. Oliver Funeral Apartments. A 
Requiem Mass will be celebrated Friday at 9:30 a.m. in Blessed Sacrament Catholic 
Church, Newport Avenue and Painter Street. Burial will be in St. Mary’s Cemetery.
