NORFOLK - Mrs. Maddalena C. Tocce, 86, of 1101 Lexan Ave. died in a Virginia Beach 
hospital Friday.

A native of Italy; she lived in Norfolk 68 years.

She was the widow of Dominic A. Tocce and a daughter of Francis and Mrs. Maria 
Cantisani.

She was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church.

She is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Mark A. Branciere of Norfolk and Mrs. 
George C. Lawson of Virginia Beach; two sons, Harry V. Tocce of Norfolk and 
Dominic A. Tocce Jr., of Virginia Beach; seven grandchioldren; eoight great-
grandchildren; and a brother, Phillip Cantisani of Italy.

The Rosary will be said in H. D. Oliver Funeral Apartments Sunday at 7 p.m.  A 
Requiem Mass will be celebrated in Sacred Heart Catholic Church Monday at 10 a.m. 
Burial will be in St. Mary’s Cemetery.
