Todd died at her home, 387 Main Street, at 7:10 Thursday evening, after an illness of many months, in the 67th year of her age. She was the daughter of the late Mallory Todd of this city, who died during the yellow fever epidemic here in 1855, and had been a resident of Norfolk her entire life, where she was universally loved and esteemed. She is survived by a brother, George M. Todd and a sister, Mrs. Charles F. Greenwood, both of this city. The funeral will be held at noon today and will be conducted by Rev. F.C. Steinmetz of Christ Episcopal Church. ********************************************************************** The funeral of Miss Mary M. Todd took place at 12 m. today from her late residence, No. 387 Freemason Street, and was largely attended, Rev. F.C. Steinmetz, of Christ Episcopal Church, officiating. The interment was in Elmwood Cemetery. The following were the pallbearers: Honorary - O.B. Law, R.W. Pettit, George Chamberlain, Alex. F. Santos, R.A. Dobie and W.M. Cooke. Active - Willie Pettit, Kenney Johns, William Shield, J.L. Hubbard, T.F. Tilghman and C. Preston Denby. There were handsome floral tributes.
