The Virginian Pilot and Norfolk Landmark December 20, 1918
The funeral of Captain Isaiah C. Toler, a well known shipbroker of Norfolk, 
whose death occurred Wednesday, will be held at 2:30 this afternoon, at the 
residence, Colonial avenue.  Rev. S.N. Hutchison, D.D., of the First 
Presbyterian Church, will conduct the services. Burial will be in Elmwood.
Captain Toler is survived by his wife, two daughters, Misses Alathia and 
Elizabeth B. Toler and two brothers, Capt. W.H. Toler and Herman C. Toler, all 
of this city.  The deceased was a member of Ruth Lodge of Masons, Grice 
Commandery, Knights Templars and Khedive Temple of the Mystic Shrine.
